Estimates are free, written and fixed. We come to the property, measure the floor, read the moisture in the slab and check the concrete before quoting a number.
The visit takes about half an hour for a garage. You get the price in writing, with the preparation, materials and labour itemised.
Hours And Response Times
Monday to Saturday, 7:00am to 6:00pm. Messages left outside those hours get answered the next working morning.
Quotes go out within one business day of the site visit. Commercial quotes with a written specification and a schedule can take two.

We measure and test rather than estimating from a photo, because slab condition changes the price more than square footage does.
